Our teams are experts at interior healthcare construction and the technical requirements related to patient safety and care. The interior healthcare projects include detailed infection control measurements, quality control documentation processes, facility shutdown requests (SDRs), Construction Methods of Procedures (MOPs) and coordination of all components with the Clinical or Hospital Facility Teams. Healthcare Construction is specialized and requires knowledge of medical practices and procedures. Select has focused attention on Healthcare Construction with multiple clients within the Healthcare Industry.
Select is proud to have expanded and upgraded this healthcare facility as part of Phase 1B, creating a modern, efficient environment that supports both patients and care teams.
Each space features upgraded finishes, lighting, power, and state-of-the-art medical equipment, delivering a fresh, functional, and patient-focused experience.
From partition demo and rebuilds to complete systems upgrades, this project reflects our commitment to quality, precision, and improving the places where care happens.
Kaiser Permanente Northfield Chemistry Line Upgrade was a 6-Phase construction project that prepped the Kaiser location for a new state-of-the-art Roche Chemistry Line. To prep the space, we needed to upgrade air flow in the space for the additional heat from the line, increase power and data capabilities, provide new drain locations for the line set up, and provide increased clean compressed air to strategic locations for a complete revamped MEP set up. SBGC was able to keep the clinic fully functional during this mission critical project while providing Level 5 PCRA containments to ensure safety and quality to the clinic during the time of construction.
Select completed this Interior Clinical Renovation with SCL Health at their Midtown Medical Office Facility in Denver, CO. Our teams self performed interior demolition, floor scraping/patching/prepping, DFH installation, drywall patching, wall protection, and ICRA containments. This interior renovation was occupied and phased, which required daily communication between our field staff and SCL Health facility operations and engineering staff. The project scope of work consisted of high interior clinical finishes with sliding glass exam room doors that required coordination between, floor leveling/grinding, drywall openings, and ceiling attachment details.

Select completed this Interior Clinical Renovation with Kaiser Permanente at their Lone Tree Facility. Our teams self performed interior demolition, floor scraping/patching/prepping, DFH installation, drywall patching, wall protection, and ICRA containments. This interior renovation was occupied and phased, which required daily communication between our field staff and SCL Health facility operations and engineering staff. The project site logistics required pre-planning sessions with Kaiser to communicate our approach and execution of specific construction activities that affected facility operations. The project scope of work consisted of high interior clinical finishes and communication between multiple clinics within one facility.
Select was awarded this interior and exterior renovation at Presbyterian Saint Luke Hospital, which included multiple sections of the facility needing protection and containment during the renovation process. Construction included demolition and rerouting of existing employee cafeteria grease duct. The rerouting process included taking existing duct that was fed to outside face of building and relocating to rooftop exhaust. Select completed this project while the facility remained open. ICRA containments provided hospital workers a safe environment to continue the operations of the cafeteria. The final stages of the project included replacement of interior finishes prior to the cafeteria reopening its full operations.
