Ricardo, Esteban, and Antonio Ruvalcaba are the Founders and Creators of Select Building Group.
Through dynamic relationships inside other businesses, the Ruvalcaba Brothers have provided the opportunity for Select Building Group Commercial and its sister companies to collaborate across businesses. This team is responsible for the overall health and stability of our organization.
Brandon is a highly accomplished professional who assumes a critical leadership role within the Company. He provides strategic direction and overall guidance, demonstrating expertise in the AEC industry. Brandon is a top AEC industry leader delivering some of the Denver-area’s most complex projects.
Before joining Select, Brandon held notable positions as a Construction Executive and Market Leader in Healthcare. His portfolio includes remarkable projects such as the Saint Joseph Hospital, spanning 831,000sf and valued at $405 million. He also played a key role in prestigious endeavors like the Clayton Lane redevelopment, Broadmoor Hotel Renovation, Ritz-Carlton Denver, Vestas Blades project in Windsor, CO, and The Residences at 1600 Glenarm. His involvement encompassed preconstruction, project management oversight, and effective customer leadership.
Brandon’s educational background includes graduating from Colorado State University’s renowned Construction Management program.
Michael assumes the crucial responsibility of overseeing and managing all sales and operations within the company. With a background in management and pre-construction services, Michael provides the experience and support of our project teams during the Sales and Operations processes for all projects.
With more than 25 years of commercial construction experience in the Denver Metro and Colorado Front Range areas, Michael has made significant contributions in operations and pre-construction roles at renowned general contracting firms. Prior to joining Select, Michael played a pivotal role as one of the Senior Project Managers in the Joint Venture responsible for constructing the Gaylord Rockies Convention Center and Hotel. Throughout his career, he has amassed extensive knowledge across various construction sectors, including Aviation/Municipal, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Lab Work, Restaurant/Food Service, SCIF, Industrial, Corporate Office, Laundry Facilities, and Retail.
His experience and relationships within the industry help in preparing our teams for success on all projects we encounter.
