Select Building Group Commercial (Select) is a General Contractor and Construction Manager specializing in technical construction projects with strong partners that are focused on building relationships that are serviced by our Expert Teams. Our experienced team and deep knowledge of current market conditions will guide you with processes your project requires to be successful. Our experienced pre-construction and construction services teams will detail these processes to ensure your risk is minimized throughout your building process. Whether technical mechanical/plumbing, electric, fire life safety shutdowns on Aviation Projects or Healthcare Projects, to night time concrete pours at DEN Airport, our teams have come across all aspects of construction. We use these experiences to plan and develop strategies for future projects of the same nature. Each project is an opportunity to create a new relationship, or continue to provide for the relationships our teams have built. These relationships create long standing partnerships that provide today and into the future.

Coors Field Toyota Clubhouse Restaurant and Concessions

Select was contracted to complete multiple projects during the team’s off-season. The construction included three separate areas with two separate permits and was completed as a Design Assist to the Owners Design Consultants. These projects included renovations of an existing Restaurant and Bar, with two separate stand-alone concessions. Our team had a successful turnover for these projects prior to opening day.

The Sporty Pickle

Select was contracted to provide design assist/build services for this 17,000sf restaurant, bar, and pickleball sporting venue. The project included a full-service kitchen, over 100ft of full-service bar, restaurant seating area, party room area, and three regulation-size pickleball courts. Our team successfully converted this tilt-up structure originally planned for warehouse into a restaurant facility ready to host large events.

Rockies Hall of Fame Theater

Select was contracted for construction services on this specialty project at MacGregor Square in Downtown Denver. The project included a high-end build-out of the Interior Hotel Space to host meetings and events. The finishes included acoustical ceiling baffles coordinated with lighting and media displays provided by owner media vendor.

IMH Firestone

Select is proud to have expanded and upgraded this healthcare facility as part of Phase 1B, creating a modern, efficient environment that supports both patients and care teams.

Freshens Project

The Freshens refresh project involved the interior renovation and equipment upgrades of an existing food service space at DEN. This project included minor demolition, upgraded interior finishes, fire sprinkler & electrical upgrades, and coordination of new food service equipment. The work was completed with minimal disruption to surrounding operations, adhering to all applicable safety, health, and building standards.

Select Building Group and our partners at iPower Denver Electric delivered the historic lighting replica and retrofit, banner poles, shade structures, and underground electrical service—powering a brighter, more vibrant downtown experience.

Chemline

Kaiser Permanente Northfield Chemistry Line Upgrade was a 6-Phase construction project that prepped the Kaiser location for a new state-of-the-art Roche Chemistry Line. To prep the space, we needed to upgrade air flow in the space for the additional heat from the line, increase power and data capabilities, provide new drain locations for the line set up, and provide increased clean compressed air to strategic locations for a complete revamped MEP set up.
