Corporate Office Construction requires understanding of difficult materials loading into the building loading dock space or trash hauling from the construction site to the main building dumpster at loading dock.
Select was chosen to provide design assistance services for this interior corporate office and manufacturing facility headquarters. The interior design and features of this project made it a unique buildout. This facility included 17,00sf of manufacturing area, which included MEP coordination and connection to owner equipment. The office portion of this project included high-end interior finishes, stained concrete floors, lobby ceiling enhancements, and a Demountable Dirtt Wall conferencing center with a large employee break area. This project was historic for the company as it was Select Commercial’s first completed project.
Select won the project to complete a phased renovation for this two-story commercial office building. Phase 1 included the demolition of an existing salon that was converted into office suites. Scope of work included full gut and remodel of interior mep systems and finishes with new rooftop air handling units upgraded for base building mechanical. Phase 2 included the renovation of the 2nd floor office space and patching of exterior enclosure systems. Select self performed interior demolition, concrete patchback, masonry patching and metals, and existing code violation rework.
Select was chosen to provide construction services for RK Industries’ headquarter location. This project stemmed from an initial flood event that took place throughout the facility and led to a complete facility renovation. This 80,00sf renovation included working inside an occupied corporate office to replace all flooring surfaces and patch/painting of drywall surfaces. The scope of work also included added conference rooms and a new break/amenity room called “Bar-K.” RK Industries’ main manufacturing service runs out of this facility and its operations were maintained without disruption during the renovation.
Select teamed with Convergint to build out multiple suites at their Colorado DTC office location. This project included a phased-occupied construction of interior suites that expanded their original office footprint. The scope of work included adding restrooms, office space, and conference space. Select self-performed saw cutting, concrete demo and replacement, interior demolition, and existing code violation corrections.
