Select Food Service Experience

Food Service Projects

Food Service and Restaurant construction requires a specialized understanding of food service equipment, the connections that are required for each piece of equipment and its functionality.  Our teams have experience in design creation and the construction of multiple restaurants or food service type venues.  We have experience  working within a Cafeteria setting inside of a Hospital in the past, or building a new restaurant with the addition of a Grease Interceptor and Sewer Line.  When it comes to Food Service, our experience adds value to our client’s project.

Gordon Investments chose Select to complete a design to build a pickleball restaurant/bar. Select teamed with MOA Architecture to create this unique restaurant and pickleball experience. The restaurant/bar includes 60 feet of wrap-around bar with an open dining area where you can view TVs from any seat in the house. The pickleball area includes three sports courts with event style lighting. The commercial kitchen build-out includes 5,000sf of space that was connected to a new grease trap (exterior) and tied into the city sewer.  This facility was originally intended for warehouse companies with low utility requirements. Converting this facility to a restaurant included upgrades to site utilities, including a 2” water service, gas line upgrades, and coordination with XCEL energy to relocate main building electrical lines that conflicted with sewer routing. This project was a huge success for a repeat client.
