DEN Einstein Bros Bagels & Bar

The DEN Einstein Bros Bagels & Bar project involved the comprehensive renovation
of an existing concession space within Denver International Airport. The scope of work included interior
demolition, significant upgrades to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems, and the installation and integration of specialized food service equipment to support full restaurant and bar operations.

Grand Hyatt

SELECT was chosen as a trusted partner with Grand Hyatt Denver to deliver a complex Air Handling Unit (AHU) replacement and upgrade aimed at improving system reliability and enhancing guest comfort—while maintaining uninterrupted hotel operations in a fully occupied facility.

Intermountain Health Warehouse Renovation

SELECT partnered with Intermountain Health (IMH) to successfully complete the
conversion of an existing office and warehouse facility into a fully operational maintenance and shop facility. This project supported IMH’s broader transition and consolidation efforts associated with the relocation from the former Lutheran Hospital campus.

Amazon Concessions at Coors Field

SELECT Commercial partnered on the installation of the Amazon “Just Walk Out” self-service concession stands at Coors Field, delivering a modern, technology-driven retail experience for fans in high-traffic stadium environments.

DEN Airport Great Hall Restroom Renovation

SELECT provided comprehensive general contracting services for the renovation of four Level 5 restrooms within MOD 1 and MOD 2 as part of the Denver International Airport Great Hall Completion Project. 

Coors Field Crane Pick

As part of the construction scope, SELECT coordinated the installation of overhead canopy structures, which required craning 29-foot beams to the stadium’s upper deck—an operation that demanded precise logistical planning within an active venue.
