Midtown OBGYN Renovation and Expansion (SCL Health)

Project Summary

Select completed this Interior Clinical Renovation with SCL Health at their Midtown Medical Office Facility in Denver, CO.  Our teams self performed interior demolition, floor scraping/patching/prepping, DFH installation, drywall patching, wall protection, and ICRA containments.  This interior renovation was occupied and phased, which required daily communication between our field staff and SCL Health facility operations and engineering staff.  The project scope of work consisted of high interior clinical finishes with sliding glass exam room doors that required coordination between, floor leveling/grinding, drywall openings, and ceiling attachment details.

This interior renovation was occupied and phased, which required daily communication between our field staff and SCL Health facility operations and engineering staff.  The project site logistics required pre-planning sessions with Kaiser to communicate our approach and execution of specific construction activities that affected facility operations. The project scope of work consisted of high interior clinical finishes and communication between multiple clinics within one facility.

Hospital Cafeteria Grease Duct Replacement (Presbyterian Saint Luke)

Project Summary

Select was awarded this interior and exterior renovation at Presbyterian Saint Luke Hospital, which included multiple sections of the facility needing protection and containment during the renovation process. Construction included demolition and rerouting of existing employee cafeteria grease duct. The rerouting process included taking existing duct that was fed to outside face of building and relocating to rooftop exhaust. Select completed this project while the facility remained open. ICRA containments provided hospital workers a safe environment to continue the operations of the cafeteria. The final stages of the project included replacement of interior finishes prior to the cafeteria reopening its full operations.
